We act as the data controller when processing your data and we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
When you make a purchase on one of our websites your name, address, email and contact number will be stored on our ecommerce system. This information is used to send you updates on your order as it is being processed, to physically send your order to you, contact you if any issues arise and to ask for feedback on the service we have provided. To do this we use a number of partner companies such as an order fulfilment centre. All partner companies that handle your personal data do so in-line with this policy and will not use your data to contact you.
This information is indefinitely stored securely in our systems unless otherwise requested.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. There is no charge to have a copy of this information. However, further copies of the same information may result in a reasonable administration fee. This information will be provided within 28 days of request.
If you wish for us to stop holding your personal data then you have the right to have this information removed from our systems. However, in accordance with UK tax law; we are required to securely store basic personal data of our customers for a minimum of six years.
